Ryan Mitchell was falling apart.
Every morning started the same way. Three alarms. Two snoozes. One desperate cup of coffee just to feel half-awake.
By 11 AM, he'd already hit a wall. Brain fog. Zero focus. That heavy feeling behind his eyes.
By 3 PM? Forget it. He'd be staring at his computer screen, reading the same email three times, unable to process a single word.
Sound familiar?
His wife asked him one night: "When's the last time you had energy to do... anything?"
Ryan didn't have an answer.
He'd tried everything. Eight hours of sleep. Clean diet. Cutting caffeine. Taking vitamins. Nothing worked.
His doctors ran blood tests. Everything came back "normal."
"You're just stressed," the doctor said. "Maybe take a vacation."
Ryan felt crazy. He knew something was wrong.
Then he met Dr. Marcus Reid at a company wellness seminar. After hearing Ryan's story, Dr. Reid asked one question:
"When's the last time you woke up with morning wood?"
Ryan froze. "Uh... I don't know. Maybe six months?"
Dr. Reid nodded. "That's what I thought. Your body's been trying to tell you something for a long time. You just didn't know what to listen for."
